Hey, I'm Coach Julia & I know where you're at because I've been there too.

I was living WAY below my potential. I was angry at the world & at myself. But it was like I couldn't put the puzzle together on how to get my head above water & start healing the pain I was in or building the skills to leave behind my constant failing at happiness & self acceptance.

Even worse, I was reading material about abuse recovery that was telling me to buy a doll & cuddle my inner child. I kept being told to not be so hard on myself, to meditate, do yoga, go slow, be gentle. I couldn't see progress, I stayed sad & felt forever broken in a perpetual place of fragility. Something wasn't working. Why am I not getting better? 

It Comes Down to Resiliency.

We ALL need Resiliency.

 

Listen, I figured it out - in a way that works for me, but I know I'm not the only one who needs this. The 13 Pillars of Resilience are the exact formula that I used to recover from my background damage.

 

There is no "secret" in the Pillars.

 

They are tools that many of us know very well - but it is how you learn them & apply them that causes huge transformation to take place. 

Some of us are raised in environments where resiliency is taught, supported & fostered.

 

But a bunch of us aren't.

 

Some of us are faced with really damaging Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs.) Some of us were offered nothing more than a battle zone of survival skills. This sets us up for a life time of suffering; usually with NO clue how to fix it. 

 

And, if you can't already tell, I do things aggressively.

At 24, with my life completely unraveling, I had become desperate.

 

I needed to change the direction my life was headed

 

Or I would be forever caught in the toxic family cycle I was raised in - and so would my daughter.  After beginning my journey of recovery beyond my damage, beyond my upbringing & beyond my pain, I was SO frustrated.

 

Books explained more about why I was broken & not enough about how to get better. Motivational speeches amped me up, only to lengthen my fall. All of the 'Number 1' things I needed to heal came with half-ass instruction manuals.

But 1 lesson stuck. "If you can't find it - create it."

​

I'm someone who needs a blue print, a plan, a training schedule & gold stars on my achievement tracker. The goal needs to be defined & the benchmarks need to be laid out. 

​

This is the last thing you're going to find when it comes to spiritual recovery work.

So I made a system with the core life skills I was missing & wrote a book on how to build them at a rapid pace.

I can't actually answer that for you. Only you can. Your best bet is to pick the Intro Combo of the first 3 Pillars & see how much your life changes in the first month by tracking & measuring your changed behavior. If it works, great!
